Ottamala is a working hill farm, not a warehouse. Everything you order was grown between these boundaries and handled by the same few pairs of hands from flower to jar.
We don't spray. The shade canopy keeps the soil cool and damp, the bees keep it pollinated, and the mist does most of the watering. It's slower and the yield is smaller — which is exactly why we sell direct and in season.
